what you can own, you can own being the guy who understands how a winning team works.

And you were the guy that we turned to who wasn't an everyday player, who could understand the pulse of the team, understand who needed to have their ass kicked, who needed a pat on the back, who needed to make sure you take them out to dinner.

Yeah, no, no, it's good.

And you earned it again with the kind of team that you were.

So, but you know, all this stuff that we're talking about, like it all goes back to relationships, honest conversations.

and building trust and doing things the right way.

Again, how laughable is it that sometimes people think all that matters is what a projection says on a spreadsheet or a model predicts because it's all this stuff that goes into winning teams and then building winning organizations.

The organization has to withstand a ton of adversity at the highest levels in a big market like that.
