Who are the incumbents who also disrupt?
And so that kind of process of picking picking the market apart and trying to read the tea leaves is very similar as journalism.
And I think this is why I think journalists make great investors, because it's kind of natural in their skill set.
What's very different is just risk taking.
in journalism um you are putting your personal brand your name out there and you take risk by putting your byline out there right you want to make sure that all of your things are double sourced and and make sure that you are your credibility is your reputation right in in in financial services and investment management that's also true but you're also managing an even you know in my view an even more important
risk, which is people's money.
Right.
And so there's a bit of an emotional element there, which you have to really learn to manage.

And so you, it
There's a little bit of time horizon, like, are you wrong now?
But could you be right in the future?
And you need to kind of marry up the risk, like when to cut your losers and when to run your winners further.
But yeah, I won't give you particular names, but there's certainly like bond investments where I, you know, I think the big learning curve is like, when do you actually have a differentiated view versus what's already priced in?
And the other piece is when do you when have you found real insight versus conjecture?
