I mean he can't take a
He can't take whatever they had back there and create on his own.
So he had to organize.
He had to have a plan.
He had to have teams.
He had to have shifts.
He had to have oversight in the rebuild, Jerusalem's walls under pressure.
He had to have leadership skills to build where he was going.
He had to have a system in place, which is what I teach in the Leadership Academy.
You look at Moses and Jethro and Jethro's counsel to Moses in Exodus 18.
He had all of these people that he was overseeing and he from sunrise to midnight he would be, Moses would be out there trying to counsel people and figure out how they could grow.
So imagine one man, a million people.
How's that working out for you Moses?
So Jethro, his father-in-law, looks at this and he goes, boy, you need some help.
And so what does he do?
He instigates a delegation process to go, hey, let's couple them in groups of 50.
Let's get the right person, a leader, like we talked about, that will help them grow so that you avoid burnout and that you sustain growth.
And it worked.
And it still works.
