Leadership is so vital and delegation is so vital if you want to grow in any way, shape or form.
That's why I believe that this Leadership Academy, even whatever dream you have, knowing how to delegate, how to build teams is super important for where you're headed in life, period.
And knowing how to manage yourself.
So in the Leadership Academy, you learn how do I manage myself?
How do I manage my call from God?
How do I manage other people?
And you'll learn a lot.
The third biblical example for point number two, building systems, is Paul's missionary patterns in Acts 13 through 19.
In 1 Corinthians, he repeated systems of planting churches, mentoring leaders, and revisiting communities.
So he had a pattern.

He had something that was working because he wanted to see Philippi
Thessalonica, Ephesus.
He wanted to see these plants grow, and so he had to have a system.
That's why in many of those books you hear him say, hey, let's send this person over there.
Hey, let's send Timothy over there.
Because he also had raised up leaders that he could send different places, which is what I do in my leadership academy.
So that's all very vital to build these systems in place.
So that's point number two.
