But that was focused in.

And basically what it was, was a relaxation.

Relax your feet, relax your toes and work up through your body and relax everything and then you take any troubles or problems or anything that was concerning you and you'd put them in this box and you'd lock the box and so they won't bother you anymore and it was just all through this process.

And then you were in 10.

And when you're in 10, he basically lets you go on your own thing.

But he taught us to tell him what we were experiencing.

Because he really couldn't help us if he didn't have any idea of what we were experiencing.

So that was just how we trained.

So that was a rule.

So there was this mic hanging from the ceiling, just maybe a quarter of an inch from our lips, because we weren't speaking very loudly, but it was very close.

And we'd just talk.

I said, well, you know, what we were doing.

He'd give us a few minutes and then he'd ask us questions.

Well, what are you experiencing?

What are you doing?

We'd tell him.

What happened?

And he may say, well, go back and ask him this or do that or see if you can't do something else.
