And she put a little book and three things.
So at the start of the day, I'll meditate and then I'll read this.
How do you meditate?
It's called transcendental meditation.
And what is that?
You have a mantra, and you just sit down, and you do the mantra for 20 minutes.
Okay, can we try to do it for like two minutes?
Okay, so let's say the mantra is O-ing.
Okay, and so you just sit.
You sit here, and this is all in my brain.
Okay, so I don't say it out loud.
I'll say it out loud, but this is happening in your brain.
You go O-ing, O-ing.
then you'll find like some silence and it will maybe be like half a second and then your brain will start up again and then you just keep going back to this mantra and like sometimes i'll be sitting there for 20 minutes and my brain's just going mental but you just go back to the mantra every time so you're not forcing anything you know you're also trying not to achieve a certain state you're just trying to be honest with where you are
okay when it's like the truth of where you are then you can then you can move from the knowing but if you try and like superficially develop a state you then deny because i always feel like negative emotions are always trying to tell you something and so if you try and get away from them you're never going to learn what you need to learn
