What projects are you typically working on at any one time?
Okay, wow.
And I suppose is that part of the the uh thing that's uh fun or attractive about the role to you is that it can be very varied in terms of how your time is being pulled and what you're working on.
It's never it's never the same.
Yeah.
So it's it it's in in itself is a very creative role as well, 'cause you're helping shape the profile of of of the fragrance and you you're partnering with the perfumer.
So you're part of that creative team.
What would you say are kind of the essential skills that you would need to be a fragrance development manager?
Yeah, it sounds like the relationship building is such a core part of what you're doing because you're needing to rely on that to influence, I suppose, over time.
You're influence your client, but also influence the other teams that you're working on.
Um Shuly, what would you say you think are kind of the key skills that you would need or that you you've developed?
Yeah, that's really interesting.
I hadn't thought about it that way that actually you have to be sort of open to culture and art in a way because you are always needing to absorb
Inspiration wherever you go and put it that way.
Yeah, absolutely.
And fragrance is is so important as part of that cycle because it's often the entry point for people into fashion, isn't it?
It's the it's the peep bit that most people can um can have a tangible part of.
So yeah, that's really, really fascinating.
