Doing that way will reduce delays, money, errors further down the line.
I guess when you're doing that, you're thinking, right, OK, well, when we get to a PQ phase.
this is what it's going to look like and this is what you're already thinking into the future this is what we need it to do so in this early point you're already thinking is that that's the main benefit i guess right is you're you're in there thinking okay well and you earn a half's time when i come to do the ppq element of it yeah it needs to do this and this won't work and that's the conversations you should be having early on which is why getting you you know involved is key
You obviously highlighted there the sort of sustainability element of moving to these materials.
So in my research, I found a statement, so I want to get your opinion of when you hear it.
Sure.
The pharmaceutical industry is producing 55% more CO2 per 1 million in revenue than the automotive industry.
That blew my mind when I read it.
I would never have thought that the pharma industry had more than the automotive industry.
Yeah, do you think it's right?
It's reminded me of a conversation I had with the CEO of 1023, Hans Christian Mahler, whose 1023 were the first B Corp CDMO qualified, certified in terms of their sustainability.
And he said the same thing.
He said that,
you know where people think that we just look and count our money and we're the bad guys and stuff but in reality our whole mission of what we do is the complete opposite you know to that it's um so yeah it's it's this is i guess i've researched and looked at what the media say and and try and find facts and things and it can blur the lines i guess of what the reality is yeah because they know that that'll get big headlines it was oh pharma there they are the guys
