My first question is, who's actually responsible when a project goes over budget?
It is case by case, I guess.
the biggest thing for delays of projects is change control.
It's something he said that when we're getting towards the end, there will be small changes and it is how you react to that and how you communicate with stakeholders.
But he's like, we don't want changes because changes cost us time and evidently money, which causes delays from that.
And what are the biggest differences between working for the likes of Jacobs as a CQB PM or the client side?
the client relationship and not overstepping the mark.
But then it's a case of, it goes down to probably how good is your relationship with the client and the stakeholders.
Where do you think misalignment or misunderstanding typically occurs between the client and the EPC?

in the same line to the same vision and the same mission you know you want to everyone you want to know if it gets a bit crap yeah the person next to you is going to have you back a little bit and you're going to be in the trenches and you'll get through a tough right because they trust you and they trust you're trying to do the right thing and it works on both sides i think a lot of people look at all that soft skills and we don't have the budget for that but it in the end that's what makes it work
as when you get to the hard parts it's teams it's how much do they in call how much are they embedding into a whole team environment um from both sides and i i bet the most successful projects probably were when it was someone from jacobs it was like they were working for novel nordisk for example you know they were they were fully in there um with everyone
