So can you just give a a quick overview of of what it is?

Yeah, I think it i the way I suppose innovation and to be an innovator, obviously having a standardized approach probably doesn't allow you to innovate and and as things progress and technology progresses and fill in lines improve, et cetera, you still have that flexibility to still improve the facility as you go.
But at least the base of everything is is the same across the facilities that you've got.

I think it saves I imagine it saves time, money, you know, with in terms of design of a cut out so much probably six months worth of of design element or.
Yeah, it it it's it blows my mind a little bit of that why has no one done this before?

No, it's it's again forward thinking and that's what is gonna progress and move the industry uh to be doing better things.
And touching on leadership and culture, um I know Foo Fujifilm have people first mindset.
