Um so can you define people first and what it means to you?
Yeah, I think it's it's just refreshing to to hear, I suppose.
Um I think there's probably businesses out there that probably don't even communicate internally at the right time to one to one another level.
To one to one another level, you can't do that.
And wh where do you think your passion for people and cultures come from?
Yeah.
No, you've given a a great insight to anyone wanting to know around the culture of of uh of the business.
Um and
Often culture when you scale can sometimes potentially be hindered.
So how how have you managed to maintain culture as you've s as you've scaled so so quickly um across the global
Yeah, I think it's um I spoke to someone yesterday actually, um a gentleman on the podcast, uh, who worked at Novel Nordisk as well, and he he said that they through their mega growth phase, um, he said looking back, he said, I wish I'd stopped.
He said, We were growing so quickly, I had too much scope.
He said I just re I wish that I could have just paused and it would have been adapted and maybe wouldn't have done this or done that and
So I think it's it's hard but I think having that ability to stop, take take a moment, uh I think can often b be very powerful.
But I think it's important
I think it it just links back so well into partners for life.
It absolutely does.
You know, I think that that mindset d do you think that your senior leadership team hope I guess but th they they embody and they carry the the the message of of your thought thinking and and things.
I think it's sometimes not acknowledging or accepting things or communicating them often when you bottle them up is often the the reason and the spark for how people behave behave irrational or or d responding certain ways.
Um it's I I always got told from uh from a a mentor said that everyone everybody should have a psychologist.
