He's splashy.
He is one of the best salesmen I've ever met in my life as far as he knows how to present well.
So like in his real estate business, when you drive up between Provo, Utah and Salt Lake, Utah, we call the I-15 corridor because I-15 is the interstate that runs up.
Brandon's name, I swear, is like literally on every single building driving up the interstate.
And he has been incredibly successful.
So I knew Brandon Fugel by name only.
I didn't know who he was.
All I knew is that every impressive building between Provo and Salt Lake had his name splashed all over the side of it with his phone number.
And so this guy must be pretty important.
His name's everywhere.
And you go to his office, and again, his office is incredible.
So for a small-town businessman like myself, walking into this new world of these guys that are just operating at an extremely high level, I love it.
I don't get intimidated easy, so I wasn't intimidated at all.
here's a new world I'm being introduced into.
And Brandon comes in and he spent, I believe our first conversation that day was about three hours long, which for Brandon, he's, he's always going a hundred different directions.
He's, he's putting out a million fires and I, I wouldn't be surprised if he's got that superhero cape hidden in the trunk behind the car.
I, I wouldn't be surprised at all, but,
our con our first conversation is about three hours and he, he very meticulously and very clearly communicated with me why he bought the ranch, what his vision was for it, um, his belief system around it.
And then kind of, he, he laid out where he thought that I could assist him in, in it.
