Like, that is what it is to be in community.

Like, we are organizers.

When Black women move, we move entire communities.

And so the frustration that came after that.

Even now, like these new never Trumpers, you know, that's like, oh, I didn't know he was going to deport my husband or my wife or oh, I didn't know gas prices were going to be this high.

Hey, spare me the BS.

You know, I just I don't have any space for those folks to.

coddle them or say, yeah, isn't it horrible or isn't it tough?

We knew, you know, we can file that under the folder.

We've been new.

And so it's just a level of frustration that Black women feel.

And I write to those types of behaviors and those types of encounters that we have to navigate.

And when we express a very understandable anger, we are ostracized, you know, and even in dealings with Joe Scarborough, I write a specific story about being on set with Joe when he was saying we can't let Donald Trump

Trump turned the Republican Party racist.

And I countered that on Morning Joe and said, this is the only party we've ever known.

Donald Trump may be, you know, less articulate, but his policies are pretty consistent with that of Richard Nixon.

His policies are consistent with that of Ronald Reagan.

His policies are pretty consistent with both Bushes.

So this is the Republican Party we've known, and we should be honest about that.

And you supported all of those candidates beforehand.
