I like that Tiffany Cross.

I really like her.

And that's great, but you have to like us.

You cannot like me and think I like her because she's not like them.

If you like me and you don't like other people who look like me, then that is not a compliment to me.

The person that you pass on the street, the person who might not be as intellectually curious, the person who might not be a book reader, the person who might not be on TV, the person who might not look a certain way, I am she and she is me.

We are all one.

So I don't want to be your exceptional Negro that you make an exception for, that you smile and you're polite to.

That is what it means to be community.

And I think if more of us took the attitude of, it's not, they're not doing that to them.

They're doing that to us.

I have solidarity with people who are sitting right now, as we speak here, who are sitting in Seacott in El Salvador suffering.

I have solidarity right now with my brethren who are sitting right here in prisons in the United States suffering.

We have to be a community and the rising majority of America actually does have the opportunity.

It's disappointing that this man is not just naive, but demonstrably an idiot.
