But things that I do, I may be different to some of the sex workers because I tend to talk about my personal life a lot with clients and that puts them at their ease and makes them talk to me back about theirs.

uh sex workers don't like to do that for um safety and privacy reasons which I totally get but like that's the kind of person I am just in general life like I tend to

tell people everything and create a space in which they feel like they can tell me things back you know and so a lot of clients like me because of that you know like I'll be with them and I'll be like oh my god I've been so horny today like I'm just like so in love with this girl and like I just like really like do you know what I mean I just like I totally like word vomit and they're like wow and then they're like come back to me with stuff um but I don't know if that's like necessarily the most professional thing to do but

It's probably like, you know, a therapist like talking about their life first.

I mean, on a practical level, there's like the fact that a lot of states in Australia still don't have decrim.

And for example, in South Australia, sex work is still completely illegal.

So like things like that in Australia, things like that need to change.

I think like on an individual level, it's about always being aware of prejudices inside you and challenging them.

So like I often, for example, like when I'm into someone and, you know,

they're I like stalk their ex and I feel like oh my god their ex is like so much prettier than me and like blah blah blah blah like those are like you know that's internalized like misogyny in that like I've been like culturally taught to be competitive with other women which is like not a healthy behavior and

And, like, so I need to, like, look inside myself and wonder where that's coming from and how I can change that.

And I feel like, to be honest, like, the legislation is one issue, but the stigma is so tied to...

women being threatened by other women's overt displays of sexuality.

Also there's sort of like scarcity myths that there's like not enough men to go around.

So we have to somehow like compete for male attention and things like that.

All these like things that we're sort of raised with, those are very much what ties into anti-sex work attitudes.
