But the the public was clamoring for property tax relief.
Why is it that it's so difficult for the legislature to wrap its arms, work with cities and counties and wrap its arms around s at least some sort of incremental adjustments to property taxes?
What's going on?
We don't do property tax cuts because there's just not enough political will.

Let's talk about this briefly about the field.
We have uh we're we're near double digits in terms of Democrats who who would like to be in the US Senate running against Roger Marshall, the incumbent Republican.
Uh do you think this field will thin out before the filing deadline?
I i uh it's June first, I think, is the filing deadline.
You think it'll thin out a little bit?
Some of these people won't become official candidates, and it'll be a little more reasonable for voters to figure everything

Could you speak to that a little bit more?
There's there's uh you know, just kind of this general thought that uh in this midterm the the Republicans are gonna have a tougher time than they typically do.
