So we need better at that.
We actually have quite good, quite good technology leadership, but it's super conservative technology leadership because it's often come from established great companies.
So if you hire a VP of engineering from Atlassian, who's been in Atlassian for the last seven years, they've been at one of the great companies of all time for sure, but they've been at it when it's been stable.

Which is not the same as doing a Series A. So, yeah, I think both technology leadership and accounting leadership and finance leadership is like things we really need.

We were thinking of ourselves in a salary cap constrained environment.
So we were like, where are their underpriced assets?
People don't like being called underpriced assets, but-

What I saw is that the salaries that lawyers in particular were paid in Australia were compressed relative to the quality of people that went into that field.
And so I was like, can I convince young lawyers and consultants?
Because if you're a grad consultant in New York or you're a grad lawyer, the salary is double what it is here, maybe more.
maybe for lawyers three times.
Um, and so I just went and raided those pools, knowing that they'd be green.
It's like, you need like early startups need, like you can kind of take one of two paths, right?
