He's been arguably the best second baseman in the American League this year.
And fellas, look, I don't want to be corny about this, but this is why baseball is so great.
He got DFA'd by the A's several years ago after whatever, 19 at-bats.
And then he ends up in the postseason and gets 30 hits.
It's just another reminder that when you're a great athlete like he is...
Hockey player, tremendous golfer, can do anything if you put a ball in his hands.
He has figured out how to play the game of baseball at an exceptionally high level.
The light went on a little bit later for him, maybe, than Cleveland and Oakland thought.
The A's thought, but it has happened here, and I love watching him play, and I love watching him jump that first pitch.

Well, he won me over last year during the postseason when he made one of those opener starts in one inning.
And John Schneider looks at me and goes, he would pitch all nine innings tonight if we would let him.
We're only going to let him go one.
