So yield was always, well, for most investors, a side forward or a secondary or tertiary part of the decision-making.

But now that we've seen
the negative gearing component being removed for established homes in the budget, even though it's not legislated yet, I think it's virtually the same as.
I think most people would accept this is going to get through parliament.
It'll be the new rules.
Even if it doesn't, it's already disrupted confidence.
