And even for the girls who did win.

So there's the girl, the woman, Danielle, who I loved her interview because she won the show.

And then they they sent her off to New York and they put her in a model house and they didn't send her to any castings.

And.

That, I thought, was really messed up.

And it's because her agent knew, like, this is an American Next Top Model model.

This isn't a real model.

Right.

So if we send her to a casting, they're going to be like, oh, that's the girl from American Next Top Model.

And designers don't want that.

That's exactly right.

They don't want the focus of their fashion show to be like, oh, look.

I mean, maybe now they do.

Now they have housewives in fashion shows.

Now they have, you know, like, celebrities all the time.

You're not going to see it.

Usually for a theme or if it's a certain kind of collection, but they weren't going to send an America's Next Top Model, especially back then, to these serious high fashion editorials.

They weren't able to use any of the portfolio that they accumulated over the show because they were such wild theatrical ideas.

But, you know, so this girl, Danielle, she admits that

they sent her on no jobs.
