She went to no castings.

And I think she was upset because she did talk to Tyra later on down the road, and Tyra admitted, and she says this in the show, that, like, I knew that was going to pretty much happen to you.

And there was nothing really, like, I just, there has to be a winner of the show, and you're really not guaranteed success after that.

I think I think there's a million sides to this story.

I mean, of course, I don't think that like, you know, it was just nasty people like sex trafficking these girls or anything.

But I do feel that.

Well, no, especially back then, too.

Like when that show was popular, like anyone that was on reality TV was kind of seen as a joke.

So it is.

And I think I remember I was like in my teens and I remember watching that show and just being like, oh, I would never go on the show.

Like just because like, you know, you're going to be ripped apart.

But.

I mean, I don't know.

Some of the people's notes is that they felt that Tyra specifically made shoots that triggered their traumas and their past experiences.

And I feel like there has been some truth to that.

Maybe not in the beginning, but I think because I think there's a lot more creative truth to the beginning.

I think people like Jay Manuel had

a lot more control in the beginning and then as the show went on it got so popular the network said you have to keep having things that are exciting so i think the producers really started pulling ideas out of hats and making it a little bit crazier and oh this girl has a fear of water let's put them in a tank because they want a freak out you know it's just like fear factor they wanted people to freak out it was that that was very in at the time um but i think

For example, the girl Shandy, I don't think that the way that she was treated was okay.

I thought they were 18 or 19.
