Yep, exactly.

Yeah.

I feel well-suited for this, and I kind of geek out on procurement because in my past life, I did degrees in finance and management, international MBA, and ended up working for Arrow Electronics, which was a $26 billion a year at the time distribution company.

So I ran a $100 million business unit for them, and my role was supply chain, both on the sales and the stocking side of things.

This is you're speaking near and dear to my heart when we talk about procurement, especially as it pertains to the dental industry.

After that, went to work for a global manufacturer on the manufacturing side of things and ran distribution for them for North America for a while.

And then at that point, I was traveling a couple hundred days a year.

And I decided that that was not the life that we wanted for our family.

So my wife and I decided that we would combine the best of both worlds.

She went back to pediatric residency.

And during that time, I kind of studied the business of dentistry, left my role in corporate America and started building the foundations of what would become Alcan Dental Cooperative.

One of the stated goals of our group is that we are eschewing private equity, eschewing outside investment, and remaining 100% doctor-owned and operated.

So that's kind of the unique selling proposition of Alpcan versus other dental partnership organizations is that we are going to keep ownership at the doctor level in perpetuity.

And a lot of others say that, but they don't necessarily have a structure that is conducive or supports that.

So anyway, that's the foundation of Alcan Dental Cooperative.

I run the business side of things.

My wife obviously runs the clinical side of things, being the pedodontist in the couple.

And so we have a really good yin and yang relationship.
