we refuse to compromise on.
And so my job as the business manager is to enable those and obviously do my best to source those not only as inexpensively as possible, but also having reliable supply chain partners like Dental City so that we know we can get that product into the hands of our clinicians when it's needed.
Exactly.
So we're a combination.
We do both the Novos as well as affiliations is what we call them.
But very similar to what Lisa was saying, the act of going in and change management within these organizations when we come in and implement our systems and processes, it's the toughest thing in the world.
As humans, we're programmed to not like change, to be averse to change.
And that's something that we as an organization have become very skilled at.
is showing them that these changes are going to benefit them, going to benefit their doctors, and ultimately, most importantly, going to benefit the patients.
We take a more hands-on approach, it sounds like, possibly than Pearl Street, because we do require anybody that affiliates with Alcan to use our systems and processes.
And part of the reason of that is that we do want to be able to drive a certain level of standardization, not necessarily in the materials being used,
but the process by which those materials are procured.
And it's important that we do that.
And we're all speaking the same language.
