I was surprised and delighted to see My Sister the Serial Killer by Oyenkin Braithwaite.

It came in so high.

I think it's at number six, right?

So it's something that I didn't know could be written.

It's a funny serial killer novel.

It's about this nurse in Nigeria whose beautiful wife,

Little sister has this very disconcerting habit of killing her boyfriends.

And so, like, she's always got to clean up after her.

And then her sister decides she wants to go out with a doctor.

And our narrator has a crush on this doctor.

And all of a sudden— Oh, no.

Oh, no.

But the funny things are, like—

After, you know, a boyfriend gets offed in some horrible way, like, she'll have to stop her sister from going on social media and being all bubbly and happy.

And I'm not, I'm really not conveying this, but it is funny.

I agree.

I do think that Girl with the Dragon Tattoo was like what sort of kicked this off, certainly for the Scandinavian mysteries and thrillers, which, you know, I don't know if you've read many of those, but boy, those are dark.

Swedes must be.

Right.
