Um he tells a story how when he came out to his father he kicked him out of the house and he was homeless for a period of time because his father grew up in Pur and Iran
And this was not something that was acceptable at all.
And he told me about all the challenges he had just trying to be accepted.
And back again, like I said, in the 70s, it wasn't even a cut topic of discussion.
I think it's great that it is actually being discussed.
And I understand there's parents concerned, um, but a lot of it is a fear that is not necessarily.
justified and if we don't have the conversation and we don't start talking about it, there are too many people that just don't feel like they're being heard and they have their own personal feelings and we need to acknowledge that.
We need to say, yes, that doesn't have to be you're not shouldn't be shunned.
You shouldn't it shouldn't be a a forbidden topic.
It does need to be brought up and it does need to be s discussed.

Um public transportation is expensive.
I don't know if most of you know, but a bus does not um have the ridership to pay for the expenses for that bus line.
