We have property tax.
Uh one of the problems that we have in Campbell is this thing this thing called Prop 13 that passed here in the state quite a long time ago.
And for instance, if you buy a new house
House now, you're paying two million dollars, your property tax could be twenty-five-thirty thousand a year.
But if you are under Prop 13 and having an improved your home and you've been living there for 40 years, you're paying a thousand dollars or two thousand dollars instead of twenty-five thousand.
So it affects us a lot because we do have a lot of older generations still living in their homes for forty or fifty years.
So we don't have as much of property tax as, for instance, we're four million dollar houses.
Ours may be two million.
Uh so sales tax is our highest generator.
Um we also do hotel taxes called TOT, transit occupancy tax, which we did get a lot of income until COVID.
And when nobody was staying at hotels, that income dropped drastically.
It's slowly coming back.
But people have lower h less amount that they pay for the hotel room, so the tax that we get is a lot lower.
But so our main ones is the sales tax and then the second is property tax.
We do get funds.
We did have a bond measure in twenty sixteen, twenty eighteen for fifty million dollars to build a new police and a new library building.
So there are bond measures that we can do use
