I think so and I think that is definitely how the film is being positioned as this like love letter and a bit of a celebration because this is what would have been Marilyn's 100th birthday if she was alive.
And we get a first look at the actresses who are playing both depictions of Marilyn and it is crazy how much Dakota Johnson looks like Marilyn Monroe.
There's this shot of her like looking back at the camera with her iconic blonde hair and they look so similar.
Like I'm so excited to see her play her.

What I actually thought was interesting is that the film's being developed as part of a partnership with an auto brand, Genesis, which I didn't realise.

which was earlier in the year.
So I thought that was interesting.
And I wonder how that will kind of show.
I don't think it's going to show up in the film, but they actually brought Maggie onto this project.
