And I said, well, I'd like to start an ag retail business.
And, and, uh, Phil said, okay.
And by that afternoon, we pretty much had like a handshake agreement that I was going to purchase land and, and start the business.
Wow.
So.
Hard to find those, but they still happen.
They still do.
There are still great people.
