We'll talk about that in a little bit, because I think that's a very interesting part of your life.

But I want to understand then, if you grew up in Arizona, have that household that is still mostly focused on the American side, I understand, a little bit of Japanese when the shoes were on in the household.

But generally, there was not too much emphasis on, okay, you need to keep these aspects of Japanese culture, because I know sometimes some parents, they want to put a lot of effort on kind of having both.

At 16, you realize you were actually born in Japan.

Is that when the kind of interest in maybe moving back and exploring the country here kind of started with you?

Was this your first trip then?

Or did you have a chance to kind of come back and forth to visit your family a little bit here near Nagoya or?

They're coming back a little bit, but then at some point you decide you want to explore the culture a little bit and see for yourself.

So you go to Tokyo.

And did you figure out what you wanted to do in Japan at the time or did you just want to kind of get closer to the culture?

What aspects of, of this early life in Tokyo made you want to stay?

Because in the States, you have the brown paper bag, and that is also not allowed, I think, maybe in some states.

I don't know, actually.

out here yeah freedom i could drink at cops it's great yeah one big change there okay i want to continue doing this a little bit longer uh and you stay in japan but you mentioned that it wasn't a time that which you were thinking of doing any sort of comedy uh up until that point when did that idea come to mind that maybe it's something you want to explore further because

As you mentioned, you did go to the Watanabe Comedy School, which is a big commitment to the craft in a way.

So when did you start kind of considering that as a career option for yourself?

That's very nice.

You'd assume that a lot of people may say, no, you're joking.

What are you thinking about?

But that they're actually supportive about it probably gave you that little bit of extra, okay, let's do this.
