You want to build something amazing.
And so ideas kind of collect themselves.
So I would say they can come from feature requests.
They can come from the places you encounter them, Ben.
They can come from ourselves and, like I said, those long lists.

ideas or the best place to generate ideas is in a process we call discovery, where we're actually putting the app in the hands of real users and watching them use it.
And I think even just somebody watching someone use the app gives you sort of the most direct, unfiltered, untainted view into what's working, what isn't, what could work better.

anyone, you or I or a typical YNAB-er would report with words that we would like, we would like to see or wear.
doesn't come out the same way as what we actually do when we're using it.
So if we get a chance to watch that, and not just watch one person, but watch, say, four, five, six people in a row doing the same thing and try to collect what we see there, that's really the best view and where I think the most... um, beyond best, um, ideas can come from.

And you can, you can work from, I think some of the ideas that we would want to start, begin designing and building stem from, there's a problem we observe, but they don't all, then some of them don't stem from ideas.
a problem in the sense of this isn't working, but it's more of a problem in the sense of where we want to get people is here and what we've actually put in their hands isn't getting them there efficiently enough or fast enough or there's too many obstacles in the way or things like that.
So it just, it's simply, it could be something that's working well and we just want to work better, which is a, you know, a different sort of problem than you might think of, of like, this isn't working.
