What that really is is we just keep kind of going around in circles.
We have an activity that's super fun.
Sometimes we'll do it called Crazy Eights where you just get the designers and the engineers and product managers in a room and take a piece of paper and you fold it in eight
eight sections and you have eight minutes to make eight designs about what you think maybe is the best way to solve this problem.
And it's great because you, it, it, it prevents you from starting with one particular idea and just running down the road with this idea.
Cause you said it earlier, we want to make sure we're focused on what the problem is.
And what the thing is that we're trying to make better.
And the more ideas we can generate at that front end, the more we make sure that we find what we hope is the best one.
You only have 60 seconds.
a few good ideas, you need lots of bad ideas.
That's one of the kind of, this is probably a tangent, but that's one of the hard parts and the best attributes of somebody who's a designer, for example, is that are they willing to throw out a bunch of bad ideas?
Everybody thinks it's amazing designer.
They have all good ideas.
No, it's actually, they're just willing to throw out their bad ones so that they, so that they get a chance to hit the good one.
I love at YNAB that we do that process, that that isn't just a designer's process.
You said, Ben, you got brought in on that.
That our support specialists are brought in on that.
That our engineers are a part of that right from the beginning.
Our product managers, marketers are a part of that.
Because everybody brings a different perspective.
