It's an incredible question.

Look, I think, and I've talked about it for a few years, but the speed of change has just not slowed down.

It's faster and faster.

And I think if I'm making a prediction, it might be a bit of a more vague one.

We briefly touched on Google starting to play in this space in the US.

I might maybe broaden that out.

And I think that the role of those big technology players in the real estate markets, especially the New Zealand market, but probably globally, I think that we will see

that develop and deepen between now and the end of the year.

I think that will be a major shift and something that the traditional way that we've done it and done things will evolve around as we always tend to with iPhones and Google Chromes and other things.

I think that's where I see the biggest shift happening if I'm completely crystal ball gazing.
