So there'll be some interesting decisions there.

Hunter's prepared to take it to court and he doesn't believe that if he doesn't take these drugs and he keeps getting tested, like he's got drug testers coming to his room here in Vegas every day to make sure he's not taking what the other guys in those races are.

Yeah, twofold.

I think the nature of the games and how quickly they were organized means that they haven't got the best athletes in the world.

So the depth is not great.

There's some good swimmers and some good athletes, but realistically, we're talking about athletes who are clearly not winning gold medals at Olympics.

And then, yeah, it's a great story.

I don't think organizers would be thrilled about the fact that some of those athletes are winning, but also they believe that traditional sport is a bit stagnant and they would like to entice some of those athletes.

Cam McAvoy is an Australian swimmer who holds the 50-meter freestyle world record and they have actively said repeatedly we want Cam to come and race clean at the Games.

So they just want the biggest spectacle and almost pit those clean versus enhanced athletes.

Yeah, look, it definitely wouldn't be officially ratified.

I think it'd be the last thing that the International Olympic Committee would ratify.

Clearly, they're telling us that the track and the pool are exactly the same length as normal and the timing system is correct and you have to take their word on it.

But clearly, the performance enhancing substances are making a difference.

There have been a lot of personal bests today from not necessarily great times in terms of beating world records, but there are some swimmers who are

racing and posting good times, which would indicate the drugs they're taking are working.

And then the other caveat for the swimmers I would point out is that the suits they're wearing, if you watch James Magnuson, he's trying to rip off his suit after his race.

They are like unbelievable high-tech suits that you cannot wear in traditional sport because they basically make you float on top of the water.

So that's probably the other little like slight marketing ploy that enhanced organizers have tried to keep a little bit quiet.

Yeah, it's a really interesting position.
