Culture isn't our thing.

It's more about productivity of purely getting results today and tomorrow or very heavy tech versus marketing sales and call center.

And so they'll stay remote.

You know, 2023 is going to be a really interesting year.

I think we're going to have a little bit of a slowdown, but I don't think it's going to be an overarching recession.

I think we'll have industries like in big tech at the tail end of last year and VC-backed companies that are pre-profit that are going to have some problems in the first quarter and the first six months of the year.

What our survey of several hundred corporate leaders told us

is that actually more companies plan to hire.

The number was 84%, and that was the highest number we've seen in seven years of companies that plan to hire.

Now, the interesting thing, JR, was that they don't plan to hire as many.

So more companies are admitting they're going to hire, but they're not planning to hire in volume.

So I think we're going to have a nice market, a nice economy, but it won't be 2021 and the first half of 2022.

We're seeing a lot of professional services, a lot of health care and manufacturing.

Made in the USA means something again.

And with the supply chain problems we've had over the past couple of years, more and more companies are starting to manufacture additional inventory in America.

And I think slowly they'll be bringing a big chunk of it back stateside.

Well, the big thing is that there is a skills gap.

And we have more jobs.

We continue to have more jobs available than we have workers.

And the reason is the skill set of workers needed in this economy.
