So there's so many technology jobs.

There's so many experienced sales jobs.

And what we don't have is people in that skill set.

When you get down to 3.5%, 4% unemployment, you're talking about more entry-level folks.

You're talking about people that are in

lower level jobs, whether it be help desk on the IT side or call centers or office administrative roles.

And you're not seeing the people that have the more technical skills that companies are using right now.

There continues to be three main ways, and that's the job boards, LinkedIn and Indeed are the two leaders in that area.

Referrals, so finding and keeping in contact with people that you've worked with in the past.

I mean, we're seeing more and more people using LinkedIn from the corporate side on their own, just making sure that their network is robust and they're staying in touch with people.

So make sure that as a job seeker, you stay in touch with folks.

But

on the hiring side with companies to make sure that you're reaching out to your own networks and posting what you're looking for.

And then obviously firms like mine, LaSalle Network on the third party recruiting firms and Temp2Perm and temporary folks is that when we have a need for lawyers or accountants, we go and hire the firms that do that.

And it's the same in finding people is that there's so many good recruiting firms out there that the companies know they can have a trusted partner to help them find talent.

Going along with the pendulum switching back to employer control of the employee-employer or job seeker-employer relationship, it's the same way on pay.

We're seeing pay start to level off.

We saw a lot of increase in wages come from the hourly.

Three or four years ago, we didn't have many municipalities outside of San Francisco that had a $15 an hour

minimum wage.
