Oh, the denial.
Oh, yeah.
So the validation.
So sometimes, often,
So helping people understand that what they experienced was traumatic, it opens them up once they get it.
It's a relief.
Oh, oh, oh.
That's what that was.
And that's why I experienced it that way.
And that's why I act this way now.
Then it begins to make sense.
And then you can get some traction.
If they want to change their lives, then they can begin to with that.
They begin to start to melt, right?
Because we get frozen with trauma, right?
And trauma, by the way, traumatic memories are stored in the brain differently than other non-traumatic memories, right?
Interesting.
