You don't have to lurch out of the picture once you've thought about, oh my gosh, I've got to get out of here, that kind of thing.
And I've heard stories from photographers.
I've seen it.
Yeah, I'm sure you have.
And so if you know the pacing that you're doing,
and you know when you need to be ready to move, you can move aside without that lurch, without looking frantic, and have plenty of time for the couple to kiss and have that beautiful photo.
Now, in regard to the vows, you know, you brought up something I had never really thought about.
this is all news to me that you would actually edit that so you wouldn't hear what my prompting would be.
So that's a good reminder to me to really honor that time there and make it easy for the videographers.
So even after 20 years, I'm going to be thinking about that now.

Well, talking over each other would be inexcusable.
Providing enough time, that's going to be a skill.
And so I feel that I've always left enough space there.
So it's clearly that now we're onto a new line, so to speak.
But I'm aware of that.
But pacing, again, in public speaking, one of the things that occurs so often, and you'll see this with inexperienced people, you know, if you have a friend or relative do your ceremony.
The rate of speed that they talk is too fast, and it really needs to be toned down.
I do coaching for things like this, and we work on words per minute spoken and things like that.
