It wasn't rare to find a dead body of an illegal alien that was making a journey and died making that journey because the smugglers don't care. If you get sick, they're not calling 911. Because that alien means nothing to him now. He's not going to get paid to get him to his final destination. They just leave him there to die.

And let me tell you something, the toughest guy you want to be, when you sit down, you get on your knees, you talk to this little girl and everything innocent, pure, has been ripped from her. Where you can tell that she has no faith in humanity. I mean, this little girl's world was destroyed. She's never going to be the same. I don't care how much counseling she gets, right?
