What's your favourite food?
Oh my God.
To be honest, there's two different things in the way that chefs work.
The way that they eat is always wholesome and it's always things that have deep flavour.
Things like slow cook, things like stews and things like shoulders of lamb that have been cooked for ages or hog roasts or things like that.
Stuff like that that's just full of flavour at chefs I've eaten.
When it comes to cooking, it's a different thing because it becomes then about, it's a professional trade and then you start going like as a trades person, you try and push yourself to be the best that you can be.
So it's slightly different to what you cook at home or what you want to eat, like on days off.
You know, we were talking earlier about restaurants that you might go to or spaces you might go.
They're places that are just full of flavour and absolutely delicious.
And that's what chefs like.
Like really good ingredients cooked simply.
And that's it.
And that's kind of, that's the sort of food that we just want to eat.
Like that simple.
Big flavours.
