I mean, remember back in the early 2000s, you had US cellular and you traveled to New Mexico, great.

But then if you go to California, was it gonna work?

Were you gonna get roaming charges?

That used to be a thing.

So now traveling within the US,

Sometimes I'll run into places where like maybe T-Mobile coverage isn't as good in this area, you know, as as it is where I am.

And vice versa, if you have Verizon or AT&T or something else, you may run into that, too.

But by and large, you don't have to worry about it.

Traveling internationally is getting close to that.

I actually was going round and round with Len Peralta because he was going to Hungary.

And I was like, well, you can get an eSIM, gives you unlimited data, all of this.

And he was looking at it.

He's like, okay, it's a little complicated, though.

And I was like, well, check what AT&T offers you these days.

And it was like, it's like $20 or $30 a day.

I'm like...

That's more expensive than you'll pay with an eSIM.

But if you don't want to have to deal with it, just do it.

That's way better than it used to be.

So the first thing I would say is check with your carrier.
