So what made you think you could do?
Well, it's such a cracking read.
Before we get into precisely what happened, perhaps just explain what the Nord Stream pipeline was and and why it was so important as well.
So let's get to the event itself then.
And uh the day was the twenty-sixth of September twenty twenty two.
And I think some of us might remember the headlines, the initial headlines, which were mysterious gas leak in Russia's Nord Stream Pipeline.
But pretty quickly, as you've said, I
the Danish, who were really owning that bit of territory, I suppose, of of of the Baltic Sea, were quite quick to say what they think had actually happened.
There were five blasts in total, weren't there, on the actual pipeline itself, on on the sea bed of the Baltic.
Boyne, it's taken you three years to write this book, and in that time you've managed to get alongside the very people who carried out this operation.
How did you manage to do that?
