so I've been fucking trained crazy for it but what I've seen from that was community and what community is is common unity commonly united people coming together for something better but then it was like I don't want to live the rest of my life having to do fucking crazy ultra marathons every fucking few weeks some people it might work for and everyone's different

But what I loved was just how everyone come together.

And then I was on Instagram.

I said, you look through the algorithms and stuff like that on Instagram.

And I was like looking at the Dagestanis and I was like, look at them training there.

in Russia and they're Muslims they're Muslims out in Dagestan but I'll tell you what they've got they've got a sense of brotherhood they've got a sense of community they're all looking out for one another and they do hard training and that's something that we're missing in our society is men coming together training hard together feeling a sense of brotherhood and I was like I really like I really like it and then I looked at the male suicide rate it's 90% lower than the UK in Dagestan 90% lower
