As crazy as I was and am, after a week, I was like, bro, you're going to throw a book across the room.
You need to read that book.
I literally threw it, by the way.
So I was like, why is that making you so angry?
Well, this is what I realized later.
But then I started reading the book again and I realized very quickly what triggered me was everything he said was the truth.
And that meant everything I was doing was
I still don't like it, but it was painful.
Why did I throw the book?
Because the higher me knew in that moment that reading that book meant my life would change forever.
You were going to have to change.
And it was going to be uncomfortable and you're going to have to grow.
Yeah, because I think on some level, we all understand that being fully, truly exposed to the truth, things are going to change.
