There always are.
There will be questions.
Because, yeah, of course, this is a natural disaster, but natural disasters are often, in a sense, man-made.
The huge earthquake in 2010 in Haiti, of course, it was the result of a natural phenomenon, huge, huge earthquakes, but it was also the consequence of corruption.
government incompetence, poor building standards that brought all of those buildings crashing down.
So there will be questions to ask about whether the government was ready to respond to this disaster.
And I suspect the answer is that it is going to be woefully lacking because of the plight of Venezuela since Maduro came to power in 2013 and led his country into an absolute economic disaster.

Well, they depend.
In the old days, developers would try to maximize the number of car spaces.
And now the whole thrust is to minimize the number of car spaces and to make what they call transport-orientated design and development, that you actually reduce the quantum of...
car parking to try and either encourage, in inverted commas, people to use public transport.
But this whole debate is down to the disconnect, I suppose, between planning is always blamed for being the reason, but it's actually an infrastructure delivery problem that we don't necessarily deliver the infrastructure at the pace of which planning occurs.
And that's something that, in fairness to South Dublin County Council, looking at the Chief Executive's report
on recent submissions by the public, I see that 77% of them were transport related and 55% were housing related.
Now, two or three years ago, it would have been 77% housing and less on parking.
But there's always a debate.
I mean, if you use up space for providing car spaces, that's space that could have been used for housing.
And I think that the housing crisis is the greater of the two issues.
Well, they do because we have the lowest level of apartment habitation in the EU's 27 states.
