He he basically moves it into other accounts under his control and then spends it kind of living this lavish lifestyle, uh purchasing cars, sends his kids to exclusive private schools and just burns through the money.
Right.
And um
But then he but he's got to keep this thing alive, right?
Or the investors are gonna start complaining.
He needs to borrow more money.
Well, he sends them quarterly statements showing that their investments are going gangbusters and doing really well with no basis in reality.
He's creating these quarterly statements at home on his computer, but people are getting it.
Why would you take your money out if you're making that kind of return?
Right.
But eventually some guys need money.
It happens.
He's also sending them um fake tax documents.
Showing their capital gains and dividends that they're earning.
And these people who invested the money are filing federal income taxes based on the ten ninety nine dot dash INT documents that he is sending them that have no basis in reality.
