And you look at what he did last year.
Obviously, weeks one to eight were incredibly disappointing, 6.6 points per game.
And then weeks nine to 18, it was 17.1 fantasy points per game.
The weeks where Stevenson missed, of course, were just incredible.
For people like us who were very in on Trevion Henderson last year, it was like, okay, the breakout's happening.
We've booked this so many times.
The rookie running back who finally gets the opportunity explodes.
330 yards, five touchdowns, RB3 over those three games.
And then Romandre comes back and it all starts to drop off.
And I think that the market is definitely taking into account the upside that we saw.
In that period, they're very much betting on a second-year progression, a second-year breakout, and growing on that.
But I'm not sure that it's properly taken into account just how good Ramondre Stevenson was last year as well.
Sixth in fantasy points over expected, fifth in explosive run rate, and he was better in yards after contact than Henderson.
The big pivot point on this decision for me is...
Can Henderson show that he's a good pass protector?
Because you go back to college and he was good in pass protection, but he never really showed up last year.
And I think if you want to build the positive case and say Trevion Henderson is going to break out, it's going to have to start with being able to hold his own on pass protection.
But it's very easy to see either scenario play out this year.
I'm generally leaning towards that this one is going to break poorly, but I think that in Dynasty, he's somebody that I want to be acquiring because there's still so much potential with him.
But I think that Ramondre is good enough for the kind of reasons I mentioned before and the way the team are talking about him, that it's probably still going to cap him.
