And we have a lot of actively managed investments at Intelligent Investor, for example, where they have a purpose and they follow different Australian companies inside.
And we'll get people who sometimes get into it.
But then at the end of it, they'll say, oh, so what actually is inside the ETF?
And what's its purpose?
And
What's its risk profile?
And it's sort of in retrospect, you've got to let them know because they haven't done basic things like read the product disclosure statement or even spoken to us.
They don't.
And...
It's difficult because we need a lot more plain speak in finance.
And they can be a little bit convoluted.
They're like, what, 15, 20 pages.
And that's exactly right.
I've spoken to a lot of lawyers who've actually done boot camp.
And they've done it because they don't understand a lot of terms or strategies that we talk about.
So they get an insight on how to understand that.
And then they can explain it better and perhaps write better as well.
So there is that burden, that I guess barrier to entry for some people where they don't want to read the product disclosure statement.
We try and do our best explaining how things work in everyday speak, but sometimes even that gets looked past.
It's very integral because there's so many linkages between investing finance and your mental health.
