And what you tend to find is that if you discover you do have an issue when it comes to being too impulsive and not looking before you leap and jumping into an investment, it probably
also is made up of other parts of your life as well, whether it's spending impulsively with credit cards.
It could be linked to other things.
So it's something that you tend to find pervades that area of your life as well.
So I'm very big on mental health in terms of it's always good to talk to someone.
If you're discovering that you've got those different biases yourself or
Little things like impulsiveness, it's good because you can not only tackle the investing side, but also get some guidance, a bit more structure on the actual everyday life.
And it affects so many areas.
Financial stress, I think I was saying, is a really big thing.
But there are also other big things that happen in our life.
And I know I spoke to a lot of successful people who've been investing and trading.
And one thing that they do is speak to someone like a counselor or someone like a psychologist who's actually trained in financial markets.
There's people around who actually are like that.
Not just on that TV show, Billions.
That was one of my goals is to be like the psychiatrist, but I just didn't get to that stage.
But they do exist.
They're not as common as your conventional psychologist, but they are around there.
But even a conventional psychologist can help with the, I guess, the symptoms of, you know, financial stress as well.
And there's numerous different other, you know, charities and organizations that can help too if you're, you know, financially stressed.
Yeah, and even how to deal with it as well.
