But in losing these players, it's going to be more difficult for them to compete realistically.

And that's maybe a decision made by the IRFU to say, well, listen, if that's the punishment that we're going to have to take to try and make the whole rugby collective better or else you're just going to have to use resources better.

Like I just think from an Ulster point of view, like we're missing out on Angus Bell, who has been a brilliant signing for Ulster in the front row.
