And it seems like that opportunity is great and should be seized.

I think one thing that really helps nowadays with building these kind of ground-up experiences is...

You really got to focus on the North Star.

A lot of people get lost in the minutia of, oh, well, we want to build this very specific process.

We want to build this internally.

And we're going to utilize a ton of engineering cycles on this very niche, maybe subcomponent of our mission.

And I think that a lot of people need to kind of go back to, and I'm going to use a Jeff Bezos analogy, but focus on what makes your beer taste better.

And so for those who are unfamiliar with this analogy, in the 1800s, breweries were, they not only brewed the beer, but they also facilitated their own electricity creation to brew the beer.

And so they had engineers, they had highly skilled technicians, and these people were creating electricity to brew their beer.

And then all of a sudden, electricity comes online, you just plug in to the grid, and now all of a sudden, you don't have to manage all of this electricity creation.

You can just plug into a socket.

That is instrumental for the brewery business because now they can just focus on making their beer taste better.

And they don't have to worry about electricity.

And so I think that analogy carries over to other industries where if your mission isn't authentication or authorizing a user, nowadays you can just plug into a KYC platform or an auth platform and that can all be handled for you.

Your mission is providing the best user experience and getting them onboarded as fast as possible.

So when a lot of teams get caught up in these little side quests, I think it can be kind of detrimental to the overall operation.

Yeah, it can always bite you later on.

And I think it's so difficult to evaluate something in the beginning stages and say, oh, yeah, it's easy.

You know, we just got to do X, Y and Z, stay focused and we'll be able to ship that.

No problem.
